President and Founder
After spending 15 years in the industry, Armando founded Hoosier Security based on the principles of taking care of people, solving their problems, and being fanatical about service, because real security is important. Driven by a personal mission to secure as many people and properties as he can, Armando has built a company culture that encourages effective problem solving, rewards service, and demands results while providing a dynamic, encouraging, and enjoyable work environment. He has a music degree from Indiana University and enjoys playing saxophone and spending time with his three kids and running an industry think-tank called Security Owners Group. A perpetual builder, he loves to take things apart, figure out how they work, and sometimes he even puts them back together again.
General Manager – Indiana and Corporate
Taylor is our General Manager and is responsible for the day to day operations of the business. She brings a focus on directness, culture, accountability and exceptional performance to our team, while keeping our processes working like a well-oiled machine. Taylor enjoys crafting win-win solutions to seemingly unfixable problems with a high level of success and always manages to find innovative solutions. She is truly dedicated to our client’s success.
Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and super-sassy daughter and marvelling at how quickly she grows. They visit breweries and wineries in between Taylor Swift concerts.
Service Manager
Bryan responsible for leading the company’s service operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical excellence. He brings over 10 years of experience in the security industry to this role.
Bryan has demonstrated a keen ability to manage service teams, develop strategic plans, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and he takes pride in delivering exceptional service!
Bryan enjoys cooking gourmet meals, driving his Corvette on scenic routes, golfing with friends, and spending quality time with loved ones. These hobbies keep him grounded and help me maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Project Manager
Dhasha Pikus is an experienced project manager with a proven track record of leading successful projects from initiation to delivery. She has over 10 years of experience in project management across multiple industries, including software, telecommunications, and consumer electronics.
Dhasha is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. She collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure project success.
Dhasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana University – Purdue University. She is a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Joe handles many of our sales and is a veteran at Hoosier, truly exemplifying “The Hoosier Security Way”. He likes to solve problems by first asking questions and understanding and determining pain points and problem areas. Once the problem is accurately defined, we can work on creating the perfect solution. He has been on every side of the equation in the security industry, so you can count on him to bring value. Born in California, raised in Idaho, and attended college in Montana. He has lived in Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Idaho, Detroit for 13 years, and Indianapolis for 8 years!” Integrity with excellence and experience is what he bring to the table.”
Sales Director
Rich has a passion is providing security solutions from simple to complex problems, That work. He has been in the industry over 15 years and knows what it takes to implement the results organizations are looking for with integrity and transparency. He is a Texas transplant (adopted Hoosier!) raised on southern style hospitality. He and his wife Tracee moved to Indiana over 25 yrs ago to raise their 3 children in Noblesville. Outside the security world he teaches BBQ classes and successfully sold his BBQ restaurant, he enjoys kayak fishing and just about anything outdoors.
