Having worked with hundreds of brands of equipment in the security industry we have learned the tell-tale signs of quality workmanship in security cameras, access control devices and alarm parts. Manufacturing standards vary wildly in our industry and can change from one batch of parts to another. Because of these variances, Hoosier Security has always kept a vigilant eye on quality control. This focus on quality not only applies to the equipment itself, but to the installations we perform. Its because of this confidence in our systems that our processes create that we are able to offer a 3 year warranty, covering parts and labor as standard and included with all of our commercial systems installations where the initial proposal was submitted in or after January 2014 within the Indianapolis Metro area and surrounding counties.

We have installed and specified thousands of video systems and we have the experience to know what works, and what lasts, as well as what doesn’t. As an independent provider, we have no binding ties to individual manufacturers and thus choose the equipment that is best suited to a particular application, taking into account the property, the people and the problems to craft solutions that solve problems and provide peace of mind.

Our warranty renders any service agreements or long term contracts needless. And because we cannot hide behind the fine print of a long term service contract, we have plenty of incentive to ensure you are happy with our services and that we continue to perform.
For customers wanting a longer commitment than our groundbreaking 3 year parts and labor warranty, we do offer service agreements that can be purchased during the third and final year of the warranty and taking affect immediately after the warranty expiration.
There is no fine print in our warranty. Maintenance schedules must be followed with an annual inspection and maintenance visit, and this is a warranty, not an insurance policy, so vandalism, and damage caused by external causes or intentionally caused are not covered by a warranty. This warranty is included with all commercial systems installations and covers all equipment purchased from Hoosier Security for those installations.
