After you’ve decided with your sales representative which surveillance system is right for you, we’ll schedule you for an installation date. Most surveillance systems are installed and up and running within one day and we do have weekend installation available if necessary.
First, we like to do a final walkthrough of your home or business to make sure we still agree on the location of the cameras and the coverage you want. During installation, we’ll show you each camera on a monitor and adjust it according to your preferences. While the cameras are being installed we will network your DVR to allow remote viewing from your smartphone, tablet, or PC. To make this process easy, please have any relevant usernames or passwords we may need to access your modem or router.
Finally, we will set up the DVR system, optimize its recording times, set up user accounts, and train you and whoever else you would like on proper operation of your new CCTV system.
